What to expect?
We will first have a short overview theory session and in this session I will share my precise method of deciding on styling & floral design for a Bridal Table / Main table at a wedding. We will also look at some general rules, guidelines and principles for this type of design.
During the practical Tangerine will be guiding you and you will be following along with her step-by-step. Where you opt for the Video Class in your own time, you will be able to do the practical following along with the video, all at your own pace and at your own time. You can also rewind, and fast forward or pause the video.
Benefits of attending live on zoom includes being able to ask your questions live and engaging with Tangerine and others in the workshops. Our online workshops are cost effective and we guide you through the process. These workshops are small to ensure each attendee has a quality workshop experience.
Live Zoom attendees will also get access to the Recorded Video Class which means you can watch it again and again and again.

How do I know what flowers to buy?
I will provide you with a detailed list of flowers, supplies and tools that you will need to do the practical for this workshop. You will be responsible for sourcing and procurement of the list.
Do I have to be based in South Africa to attend this workshop?
You may attend from anywhere in the world. Proteas are available worldwide through import/export usually at a reasonable price. The other flowers we will be using are standard fresh cut flowers usually available world wide in the floral industry from markets and wholesalers. You will still receive a full list of flowers and supplies needed. Note: Live online workshops are in GMT+2 timezone. The workshop is quoted in ZAR (South African Rands) you can just check the exchange rate (use Oanda currency converter) on the day of purchase, our online payment gateway (Payfast) will process secure and safe online card payments from most countries.
How do I set up on my side for this online workshop?
If you are attending the live online workshop on 8 October, we will send you a guide on how to set up. For each workshop the set-up might differ slightly, we will send you recommendations and all our top tips for setting up on your side to enjoy the online learning experience with us.
What do I need in terms of technical equipment to attend this online workshop?
- A laptop, tablet or smartphone with a good camera for live online attendees. It goes without saying the bigger the screen the better your experience will be in terms of visibility.
- You will need to install the Zoom application (it is free).
- You will need a stable internet connection.
If I book now, can I watch the video class immediately?
The video class will be available approximately 2 weeks after the LIVE workshop date. We are working on making this production faster, but there is quite a bit of editing that we do afterwards to ensure that the video is valuable to you as a practical video class. Note: Those who attended live on zoom will also get access to this edited version Video Class.
