You agree that you understand what type of course you are signing up for.

Space is limited and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. We encourage early registration in order to confirm your spot.

If you are booking for multiple individuals or a group, please advise the others of these T&C as they will apply to everyone that attend our course/class/workshop.

Please note the class/course start time. Please arrive at least 20 – 15 minutes prior to the start time. It is imperative that we start on time and last minute arrivals disrupt the class and the flow of time and energy.

This is not an online course. You are required to travel to the venue every day at your own cost and to attend in person at the venue and address below or otherwise provided to you.

Once we have the final number of attendees we will book a venue (i.e. if we only have 5 attendees we can’t afford to hire a large venue and if we have more than 10 attendees for the in-person course then we will need a bigger venue).

Gauteng: We usually have the course either in Centurion or in Kempton Park.

Cape Town: We usually have the course either in Panorama or Durbanville.

Once the venue is booked you will be notified immediately via email. We do reserve the right to book a venue in a different area than the ones mentioned above – as it will depend on venue availability.

While you wait to hear what venue is being used, please make your bookings early and be assured that the course will go ahead and ensure that you have booked the course for your province, i.e. Gauteng or Western Cape. Waiting for the venue to be booked will result in no bookings and no course being run.

See our cancellation policy below – should we cancel the course you will receive a full refund.

Payment reserves your spot – your first payment will secure your booking at this course. No payment will result in no booking.

If you are paying off, please keep to the instalment schedule you selected at the time of registration.

Generally we will ask for a first payment to hold your seat. This is not a deposit, it is the first payment towards your course.

Balance payments will be due monthly on the last day of the month in equal divided installments. With the final payment and full balance being paid no later than 10 days prior to the course/class start date.

Please pay on time to allow us time to procure all the supplies for your attendance for the course, pay venue fees, catering and finalise our flower orders for the course. Please see cancellation clause below, with regards to not making your final payment on time.

Our preferred method of payment is via Payfast online. Payfast is a secure and safe way to pay online. We never see your banking or card details as the payment is handled through payfast. Payfast accepts instant EFT, RCS Cards, Visa and Master Cards as well as some debit cards.

We also accept EFT payments (Tymebank) for people in South Africa. International students, please pay online.

Cancelling after your booking: There is a 7 days cool off period. The 7 days start on the day you register. Should you in those 7 days decide to cancel your booking, we will refund your payment.

Cancelling after the 7 days mentioned above: If you are cancelling after the 7 days following your registration, we have a no refund policy, regardless of your reason for cancelling or not showing up – there will be no refunds.

Bookings with no payment, will automatically be cancelled due to non-payment.

Where you are paying off your course/class, you must stick to the instalment schedule (one instalment per month, due on the last day of the month) , you may not stop-start payments. If you stop paying or if your full fee is not paid on time, we may cancel your booking with no refund. The full course fee must be paid in full no later than 10 days before the course/class start date.

No show: In the event where you have paid in full or only in part, and you did not arrive for the course or you did not pay the full course fee, there will be no refund and it will be viewed as a cancellation. The fees paid to date will be your cancellation fee.
