Level: Beginners
This course is a beginners level course, no previous experience is needed.
Intermediate students are welcome to attend if they want to brush up on their very basic knowledge.

Colours scheme for the course:
We will be designing in a modern style that is aligned with current trends. There are two colour schemes to choose from. Note: You can only choose one colour scheme to work in for the practical hands-on workshop.

How will you learn?
This course consists of two parts. Theory & Practical.
The Practical
Cape Town 23 May 2026, 09:00 – 12:30
The practical session will be a hands-on, in-person experience. During this class you will get to apply the theory of floral design and the focus will be on designing guest table centrepiece flower arrangements. Each attendee will get to create their own gorgeous floral centrepiece arrangement. Yours to take home afterwards.
The training is presented by Megan, who will guide and assist you every step of the way.
The style of design will be what is currently trending. You will also choose a colour scheme to work in on the day, from a selection of 2 colour schemes.

The Theory
22 April till 22 May 2026
The theory for this course will be in an easy to follow video format. Our online learning portal also allows you to stream the video classes to your smart tv.
The theory also contains assignments for you to complete and submit.
On 20 May 2026, 18:30 – 20:00, there will be a live online session. In this session we will have a short presentation after which you will be able to ask any questions related to the theory before the practical hands-on in person training.
